We are an expense management firm which means we work with clients to devise strategies and solutions that will help contain, lower and/or optimize their expenses within 3 main areas:

At 8760 Cellular, we help Canadian businesses and individuals navigate an increasingly complex wireless landscape. Our growth has created an opportunity for a Cellular Onboarding & Support Specialist—someone who thrives on helping clients, process, collaboration, and delivering a smooth client experience from day one. This is a client-facing role and is a key part of our operations team and plays a critical role in ensuring new clients are onboarded accurately, efficiently, and confidently. It also provides ongoing technical, operational support to current clients. THE ROLE As a Wireless Onboarding & Support Specialist, you’ll act as the operational backbone of our new client process. Reporting to the Senior Cellular Sales Specialist, you will work closely with sales, carriers, and billing to ensure each client’s onboarding is handled correctly and in a timely fashion —allowing our sales team to stay focused on growth. This is not a sales role but it is critical to our sales success. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys support, coordination, and being the person who makes everything run smoothly behind the scenes for new and current clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage the onboarding process for new wireless clients while providing operational support to current clients - Validate and process client information accurately - Coordinate activations, device orders, and number setups - Support eSIM activations, SIM swaps, and device transfers - Communicate directly with wireless carriers as needed - Liaise with internal billing teams to ensure accurate first invoices - Track onboarding progress and maintain detailed records - Conduct post-activation follow-ups with clients - Respond to incoming client requests in a timely, friendly and effective manner - Assist with additional operational tasks as required ABOUT YOU - Early in your career with experience in wireless, mobility, or telecom - Comfortable working in a process-driven environment - Organized, detail-focused, and dependable - Strong communicator with a friendly, confident, calm, professional approach – fluency in English is a requirement - Enjoys helping clients understand next steps JOB TYPE: Full-time PAY: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year BENEFITS: - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site gym - Paid time off - Vision care EXPERIANCE: - wireless/cellular support: 1 year (preferred) WORK LOCATION: In person
